Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii (we do not ship to territories).

We ship to PO Box addresses - except during times when we offer a shipping promotion.

Optum Store offers free ground shipping to the contiguous United States on all orders $35.00 and above.

Our flat rate shipping prices are $9.99 for expedited shipping and $5.99 for standard shipping.

When you use your FSA or HSA card to pay for your order, the shipping charges will be applied to your card.

Return Policy

We provide free returns for brand new (unopened and unused) items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date, with the exception of (i) prescriptions, lab test kits, COVID-19 test kits and other items that are marked not returnable, and (ii) breast pumps (unopened and unused), which may be returned in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days of shipment date. If you wish to return a product bundle, you must return all products in the product bundle in order to receive a refund. If you experience issues with delivery or items, please contact us within 30 days to request a return.

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days after receipt of your return.

To return a product, please contact the Optum Store customer care team by phone at (855) 946-4463 or by email at support@store.optum.com. The care team will provide you with a free return shipping label and walk you through the return process.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or edit your shipment until our warehouse begins to prepare your shipment. Unfortunately, after our warehouse begins preparing your shipment your order can no longer be cancelled or edited.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping. All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are express shipped with a flat rate of $19.99 applied at checkout. Orders may take up to 10 days for delivery when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts the shipment of certain products to Alaska and Hawaii. Some of these items include, but are not limited to: sunscreens, pressurized cans, aerosols, products with corrosive or flammable chemicals.
