Microban
Open all hook & loop strap closures. Center the round patella opening over the knee cap, with the support pad below the knee cap. While holding support in place, wrap middle strap under kneecap and attach hook fastener to support. Repeat with top and bottom straps. Readjust if neccessary for proper fit and comfort. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable. Adjust closures of patella support pad to achieve desired location and compression.
