Apply:

1. Place the pad of the wrap-around wrist band at the base of the palm of the hand.
2. Secure the inner hook and loop strap to the outside of the pad.
3. Pull the outer hook and loop strap over the pad and attach. Adjust:
4. Re-adjust if necessary for proper fit and comfort.

*This wrist support should provide supportive comfort and compression but should not be so tight that it restricts circulation.
