Everlywell Chlamydia & Gonorrhea Test - 1 Test Kit

● This test is used to detect the presence or absence of chlamydia and gonorrhea bacteria ● Your test results will tell you whether or not you have a chlamydia or gonorrhea infection. ● Chlamydia: Chlamydia infections, caused by the bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis, are very common. It can be treated with antibiotics. Despite being easy to treat, the prevalence of chlamydia is high because most people with an infection have no symptoms and do not seek treatment, according to the CDC. ● Gonorrhea: Caused by the bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoeae, gonorrhea is a common sexually transmitted infection that can be treated with antibiotics. According to the CDC, many people with gonorrhea have no symptoms, which can lead to delays in seeking treatment and increases in transmission. ● CLIA Certified Labs: Each lab we work with is CLIA-certified (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments).
