Activate your test and collect your blood sample using the pin prick tool provided in your test kit. Fasting is required, so we recommend taking your blood sample in the morning . Return your sample on the same day, using the prepaid shipping label provided.

The sample must be collected fasted, before 10am on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and returned on the same day.

Fasting means that you collect the sample in the morning before you have breakfast. You can still drink water when fasting. Always follow the advice of your doctor with regards to fasting, particularly if you have an underlying medical condition.
