For best use, gently twist the bottom of the tube counterclockwise to push the lip balm up and out of the tube. Apply to lips starting in the center, and working your way to the edges. Reapply as needed. Then, gently twist clockwise to retract lip balm into the tube.

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure, reapply at least every 2 hours.
