Exuderm LP Hydrocolloid Low profile (LP) Exuderm conforms to difficult body contours to protect superficial, minimally exudating wounds. Used for pressure injuries, partial- and full-thickness wounds, leg ulcers, donor sites, wounds with light drainage, lacerations and abrasions and first - and second-degree burns. Protective, translucent barrier allows wound observation.

● Low profile to help improve conformability and reduce the risk of dressing edges rolling up. ● Help facilitate local wound healing in a moist healing environment. ● Smooth backing is low friction for longer wear.

Inactive Ingredients

Hydrocolloid

Before using the dressing, clean the wound with an appropriate wound cleansing agent or normal saline and dry the surrounding skin.

1. Choose a dressing size and shape to ensure that the LP dressing is around 1.5" (3.8 cm) larger and Satin dressing is 1" (2.5 cm) to 1 ¼" (3.2 cm) larger than the wound area in any one direction. NOTE: For Satin dressings, cutting the dressing may increase chances of dressing roll up.
2. Remove dressing from packaging.
3. Remove one of the paper release liners.
4. Center the adhesive side of the dressing over the wound and press in place.
5. Remove the remaining paper release liner completely and secure adhesive to skin
6. Place your hand over the dressing and mold it into place for at least one minute. The warmth from your hand will help to enhance the adhesion of the dressing.

Exuderm® hydrocolloid dressings should not be used on individuals who are sensitive to or who have had an allergic reaction to the dressing or its components. Third degree Burns.
