Medline Skintegrity Wound Cleanser removes eschar, debris and necrotic tissue from the wound bed. Specially formulated with a gentle surfactant to allow fast, thorough and gentle cleansing of wounds in all stages. Good for a wide variety of wounds including pressure injuries, partial and full thickness wounds, infected and not infected wounds.

1. Turn nozzle of Skintegrity Wound Cleanser to spray or stream position.
2. Spray cleanser on wound from approximately 3 inches away.
3. Wipe away any debris and pat wound dry. Return nozzle to off position.
